POST:                           Lecturer: Computer Practice N4 and Information Processing N5SALARY:                       R244 884.00 plus 37% in lieu of benefitsDURATION:                 October 2023 - December 2023CENTRE:               Soshanguve South CampusRef:                                   TNC/SSC/23 – 09/6 Requirements: Matric certificate plus an appropriate M+3 Qualification (National Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree) in Education or Information Processing; Office Data Processing and Life skill. National Teacher Qualification. Computer Literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). SACE registration. Assessor/Moderator qualification will be an added advantage. Knowledge of Legislation governing the sector. Duties: The Lecturer will be responsible for teaching and supervision of students in the class and ensure effective functioning of the department by organising relevant curricular activities. Be responsible for learning area or phase and education of students to be promoted in an acceptable manner. Prepare lessons; assess; mark and record attainment of the students ‘s work as well as management of students attendance. Assist with planning and management of text books and LTSM. Must be familiar with both report 191 and NCV programmes. Organize experiential learning; excursions and support intervention for students. Report and account for students performance in the programme(s).
