POST: Coordinator Occupational Programme SALARY: Salary Level 7 (R308 154 pa.) plus lieu benefits DURATION: 3 YearsCENTRE: Central OfficeRef: TNC/CO/24-07/1Requirements: An appropriate three (03) years National Diploma or equivalent qualification with experience in project coordination. Working knowledge of moderation processes SETA verification processes Experience in coordinating learnerships, apprenticeships and skills programmes. Coordination of meetings, identification of opportunities. Knowledge and understanding of project management.T6)-An added advantage will be on QCTO processes. Key Areas of Responsibilities:<ul><li>Facilitate the implementation of Occupational programme, SETA and QCTO accredited, across delivery sites of the Tshwane North TVET College as required.</li><li>Give subject/practice related guidance to Learners and ensure quatity delivery of teaching and learning as well as workplace practice monitoring.</li><li>Visits to Workplaces are compulsory to monitor and guide Learners as required.</li><li>Strict adherence to College / SETA evaluation processes, policies and procedures.</li><li>Must be prepared to work under pressure.</li><li>Must be prepared to work after hours when necessary.</li><li>Need to work very closely with the Programme Manager.</li><li>Responsible and accountable for all tasks including administration.</li><li>Any other tasks as operationally required.</li></ul>Duties:<ul><li>Ensure accurate information at all times throughout the project coordination process.</li><li>Suggest and implement improvements in the project coordination process, optimize process.</li><li>Prepare, design control, and maintain accurate relevant documentation.</li><li>Coordinate college projects to meet deadlines.</li><li>Keeping up with product and service information and updates.</li><li>Preparing weekly and monthly reports.</li><li>Coordinate and manage project scope changes.</li><li>Manage customers’ needs/requirements and expectations,</li><li>Support inside sales.</li><li>Compiling sales quotations (using pricelist/costing model).</li><li>Collaborate with finance with regards to bonds and guarantees.</li><li>Facilitate the Accreditation Process with QCTO</li><li>Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.</li><li>Coordinate safety training programs for employees and ensure contractor</li></ul>compliance. Tshwane North College for Technical and Vocational Education and Training would like to invite suitably qualified, innovative, result-orientated and self-driven candidates to apply for the permanent Position according to the CET ACT no. 16 of 2006 as amended.APPLICATIONS: Applications must be submitted on the New Z83 which must be fully completed, obtainable from any Public Service Department and MUST include accomprehensive Curriculum Vitae.
